• If the person requesting the visit has a mental illness and you need not risk yourself to investigate 
• Suggestions for better locations or hot spots to film to avoid tedium.
  
• Cursed objects. What is or is not safe to touch. 
  

I need at least three weeks advance notice with photos of property.
