How to use (quick ritual)

1. Set your space: Light the Bound in Knowledge candle. Breathe.

2. Anoint & dress: Roll a small amount of Focus Oil on wrists/temples; trace a circle on the journal cover. Sprinkle a pinch of rosemary for memory; waft sage smoke (or a pinch on the candle top) for clearing.

3. Write & bind: On the first page, write a clear intention (e.g., “I absorb, retain, and recall what I study with ease.”). Place the key and lapis on the page, close the journal, and rest your hands over it for 60 seconds.

4. Seal: Light the black candle for 9 minutes while you visualize focus locking in. Snuff (don’t blow).

5. Work the practice: Before study or meetings, touch the key, open the journal, and jot 3 bullets you intend to learn. Re-anoint with Focus Oil as needed.
